Terms of Use
A few gentle agreements.
These are a few gentle agreements between you and Solarie — not a wall of legal text, but a clear understanding of what we're building together. Solarie is a grounding tool inspired by decades of philosophical observation — from thinkers like Florence Scovel Shinn, Neville Goddard, and Napoleon Hill. By using Solarie, you agree to the following terms.
What Solarie is
Solarie is a tool for creating gentle pauses in attention. It offers guided moments of reflection, grounding practices, and a quiet space to shift your relationship to thought. It is rooted in philosophical teachings about consciousness, attention, and inner dialogue.
Our approach is intentionally gentle — we believe that transformation happens not through force, but through creating space. These few principles guide everything we build.
What Solarie is not
Solarie is not therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for professional mental health care. It is not designed to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If you're experiencing serious distress, please reach out to a qualified professional.
The philosophical teachings that inform Solarie are offered as perspectives, not prescriptions. They represent observations about attention and experience, not guarantees of outcomes. Our agreements with you are gentle — we offer a space, not a solution.
Your responsibility
You use Solarie at your own discretion. The practice of pausing and reflecting is personal — what you experience and how you interpret it is your own. We provide the space; you bring the meaning.
This is one of the few things we ask: that you approach your experience with curiosity and self-compassion. There's no right way to use Solarie, no correct outcome to achieve.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and experience of Solarie are protected by copyright. The philosophical ideas we draw from are part of a broader tradition — we honor their origins while offering our own interpretation through this tool.
We've created something gentle and intentional, and we ask that you respect the work that went into it. Feel free to share Solarie with others who might benefit from it.
Changes to the service
Solarie is evolving. We may update features, content, or these terms as the project grows. We'll do our best to communicate meaningful changes clearly.
Acceptance
By using Solarie or joining the waitlist, you accept these few gentle agreements. If you don't agree, that's okay — we wish you well on your own path. There's no pressure, no urgency.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. We've tried to keep these terms as human and clear as possible, because that's how we approach everything we do.
